I am a first time customer of Tilton Coffered Ceilings, Inc. and after ordering my product I called the company, spoke with the owner Jason Tilton, to have my shipping address changed. Jason immediately recognized an issue with my order and asked if he could call me back after he did some digging.

Jason called me back within minutes, not only did he apologize for the mishap, but offered me a different product (more expensive) and threw in ALL of the installation material for the same price of my original order. I told Jason he didn’t have to do any of this and that his honesty meant more to me then anything.

My items arrived where I asked for them and earlier than anticipated. Customer service to me is OUTSTANDING. As for the product I couldn’t be more pleased. Have a realistic look and great quality. I installed my beams in my beach condo I just finished rebuilding after a fire. The minute someone walks in their eyes are drawn towards the beams and then all of the compliments start. I strongly recommend this company and their product.
