Do Rough Sawn faux beams require the maintenance of real rough-sawn lumber?
No. HDU does not require the same maintenance needed to protect natural lumber from rot, insects, splitting, or warping. This allows the Rough Sawn surface to maintain a rustic timber appearance without many of the long-term upkeep concerns associated with real wood.
