Can a homeowner install pre-sized rigid faux metal beam straps?
Yes. Pre-sized rigid straps are designed as quick-install decorative accessories and can be used by both professionals and DIY homeowners. Because the strap is already rigid and pre-formed for its intended beam configuration, it eliminates the shaping and forming associated with fabricating real metal straps on site.
