I wanted to take a moment to write and thank you for your help with our project. Our decision to forgo the task of locating, transporting, and installing real timber beams was a good one.  We are so pleased that we decided to use ceiling beams from Tilton Coffered Ceilings. They are a wonderful addition to our lake house in New Hampshire.

With eleven-foot ceilings in our main room, the beams add tremendous character and with their real wood details it is virtually impossible to tell that they are not real wood. The beam straps with the bolts adds the perfect finish. A fabulous customer service experience from start to finish!

I will say I had nothing but a great experience ordering from you. The wood came packaged perfectly and was undamaged. It was easy to move and all the boards were exceptional. They were straight and milled perfectly to make installing a breeze. I will include some pictures and feel free to use them as you see fit!

Got it all yesterday and our contractor is almost done getting it installed today. He remarked how easy it was. Wife and contractor are both thrilled. May do the floors next with your product.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with Tilton’s customer service and products   Each board was perfect, straight, and easy to install.  I used the hand-scraped blacksmith ceiling planks for my pub shed and love how it looks.

We have received and installed the ceiling planks on the outside porch. We have a few progress pics but do not have final pics with furniture, etc. I would offer the following feedback:

1. The product was easy to select from and order on the website.

2. It arrived in good shape and the quality of the finish (factory vs job) was better than expected.

3. The four sided TG boards saved time and waste as the joints didn't need to fall on a rafter.

4. The final look and finish was consistent and better than field applied finishes.

5. There was very little touch up. 

6. The material itself was all usable. We had little waste in our application. 

7. We wouldn't hesitate to use the product again when the need arises.

The product was excellent. It looked fantastic, was durable yet easy to work with and came out looking amazing. It arrived on time and came with everything needed for installation. I would highly recommend these for anyone looking for high quality products like this.

Overall I am extremely satisfied. The customer service that was also provided by Jason (the owner) was excellent. He was very easy to work with and it is nice to see that some people still care about customer service and not jsu the bottom line. I will be using these products in future projects.
