OUR SIMPLE 5 STEP PURCHASING PROCESS:
Step 1 – MEASURE THE CEILING
Measure the ceiling area to be enhanced with a Tilton Shallow-Beam Coffered Ceiling and record the dimensions. Visit our How To Measure page for additional information and detailed Measuring Diagrams to help ensure you gather the correct information.
Step 2 – DESIGN & QUOTE
Option A – Self Service
Using the dimensions recorded in Step 1, configure and obtain an instant price quote for your ceiling system with our exclusive Design & Quote Software.
Option B – Let Us Help You
If your project cannot be configured using the Design & Quote Software, or if you prefer to have us quote your ceiling system for you, simply contact us directly by phone/email or submit a Quote Request or Contact Form and someone on our team will be happy to assist you.
Step 3 – PLACE ORDER
We’ll send you a Purchase Agreement by email that outlines all of the specifications for your ceiling system along with the total delivered cost as quoted and the required deposit amount.
Once the signed agreement has been returned to us and deposit has been remitted we’ll draft a Client Approval Drawing Set (CADS) for your order.
Step 4 – APPROVE FOR PRODUCTION
We’ll send you the CADS for your final review and approval prior to production of your ceiling system. Once the drawings are approved with your signature and sent back to us your ceiling system is then placed on our production schedule to be manufactured as per the CADS.
Step 5 – RELEASE FOR SHIPMENT
When the manufacture of your ceiling system has been completed and crated for shipment we’ll contact you to collect the remaining balance on your order and once received, will ship your ceiling system directly to your project location with everything you’ll need to ensure a successful installation.
