1. MEASURE

Measure the total length, width and height of the ceiling area that will be enhanced with the Tilton Coffered Ceiling System.

2. DESIGN AND QUOTE

Option A – Self Service
Use the exclusive Tilton Coffered Ceilings Design and Quote Software. Enter your ceiling’s dimensions and select your desired layout and options. The system will produce an instant design and quote.

Option B – Let Us Help You
If you need an option that is not available using our design and quote software, or if you would just rather have us design and quote your coffered ceiling system for you, simply contact us by phone or email or submit a Quote Form

3. ORDER, FABRICATION AND SHIPMENT

a.     All of your coffered ceiling system components are custom fabricated to match the specifications of your order and to include the options you have selected.

b.     Once fabricated, the various components are pre-assembled to exacting tolerances to create your completed coffer modules.

c.     All coffer modules and additional material components, including specialty fasteners, are shipped together and delivered directly to your project site.

4. INSTALLATION

Choose from the Following:
a.      You or your installers/sub-contractors can complete the installation of your new Tilton Coffered Ceiling System by following the installation instructions provided with each system.  The installation process is within the capability of anyone with a basic carpentry knowledge, skills and tools.

b.     Hire a Tilton Coffered Ceilings certified installer in your area.*

• By entering your project zip code into our exclusive Design and Quote Software, the system can automatically determine if there is a certified installer available in your area and will also provide the approximate cost of installation for your coffered ceiling
• If you place your order by phone, we will be happy to advise you there is a certified installer available in your area as well as let you know the approximate cost of installation for your coffered ceiling
